Closer inspection shows that the tower is in poor condition.
Hurricane winds caused significant damage in 1989 just as Heritage was really
crumbling as a business. The tower was already on hold at that point. The
day I visited, 45mph winds were slaming doors open and closed all over the
building. It sounded like gun fire. |
