The Tower was mostly unfinished in the lobby area. There
is a grand staircase that leads to the 2nd floor which is also sort of a
lobby type area. The rooms start on the 3rd floor and continue up to the
21st. The rooms are nearly finished at the bottom, but as you ascend, less
and less is done. By the top, they are nearly cement only. |
