I can't help but wonder about the partially finished rooms. Bakker was going to jail for 'selling' more rooms than he had. Could it be that he was trying to make the building appear more finished than it actually was? Oh, about the picutre... This was a freaky picture to take. That's a long way down. 20 stories to be exact. I believe it is impossible to look over an edge like this and not feel like you're going to fall.
