In his book he claims that the tower was almost done and
would have helped solve the problem. The truth is that the tower is far
from done. It appears that some areas were thrown together in a last ditch
effort to make it look like it was almost done. I don't want to comment
on Bakkers intentions since I don't know what is true and what is false,
but the tower was really no where near completed... and that wall paper.
Awful. Once Bakker was locked up, the tower project died. |
