If that one wasn't lighten, this one is. Again, notice those
balconies above the stores. Those are hotel rooms. Its very similar to New
Orleans (as I write this it is under 8ft of water). I highly doubt it was
as wild as New Orleans sometimes gets, but it reminded me of Mardi Gras. |
